Make your home a reflection of what you want to feel in your daily life
About us
We spend over 90% of our time indoors, whether at home, the office, supermarkets, restaurants, and more. This survey was conducted before the Covid-19 pandemic when many began working from home. So, what’s happening now?
This leads us to wonder: How important is our home to our health? There’s a science called Neuroarchitecture that studies how spaces impact our behavior, mood, mental, and physical health.
Our purpose is to help people create a home that reflects their most authentic selves, a home that helps them become the best version of themselves. Our method combines architecture and psychology, finding a balance between aesthetics while keeping in mind the individual's true needs and the importance of creating a space for mental health.

Hi! My name is Tamy
I’m the creator of the Coaching Home Method.
Since I was a child, I always imagined and created all kinds of spaces. When my family opened their construction business when I was 14, I grew up surrounded by bricks, tiles, and dust, chatting with workers, suppliers, and clients.
That led me to choose my university degree: Architecture. I loved it, but I felt something was missing.
Working with so many people around me, I realized I lacked certain leadership skills, which pushed me to enroll in a leadership course. This eventually led me to study Ontological Coaching.
Ontological Coaching is a therapeutic methodology that helps achieve personal transformation through a new understanding of language, moods, and conversations.
It truly changed everything – how I see myself, others, and the world around me. I embarked on a profound personal journey that shaped me into the woman I am today. It gave me the tools to understand myself and help others.
With my two passions combined, I created the Coaching Home Method because I genuinely believe that the world can be a better place if we connect more deeply with ourselves, and architecture plays a key role in that connection.
